Well why I am behind, I do want to post about this years Super Bowl. While my Indy Colts were beat, we had a great night. I made homemade meatball subs and potatoe casserole and went to watch the game with Dad. Mom was working and we took a plate to her. It was great watching the game on the big screen, just wish the outcome would have been better. Parker helped with the subs, but Elly made the cupcakes all by herself. I then turned them into mini bosten cream pies. One of my dad's favorites.
